*Manage and supervise the purchasing coordinator with his daily task.

*Coordinating purchase orders with related department.

*Coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.

*Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.

* Manage and supervise the daily activities of warehousing staff and warehouse department.

*Monitor and supervise the transaction of staff members with local and international vendor,e.g by ensuring the shipments arrive on time and avoiding delays of shipment

*Deals with courier partners for shipment activities like getting good shipping charges and insurance, pick-up and transfer of shipment from abroad to ksa,

*Knowledge about customs rules and regulations, e.g clearing on hold shipments and knows how to avoid getting shipments hold at customs.
