- Manage development and execution of overall Project strategic business initiatives to achieve goals and objectives.
- Provide direction and support business development efforts in identification and vetting of prospective clients and projects. Responsible for business development activities aligning with business goals.

- Responsible for ensuring alignment and support of Regional Office project management development, quality control and resource coordination.
- Recruits, hires, develops, and retains outstanding employee-owners.
- Responsible for conducting performance evaluation for selected department or direct reports.
- Responsible for interpreting policies, purposes and goals of the organization to department personnel.
- Adheres and responsible for compliance with company policy
- Ensure compliance with company and site safety policies.
