• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team in Riyadh. 
  • The Document Controller will play a vital role in managing the flow of information within our organization by ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of documents.
  • This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Skills & Responsibilities:

  1. Create, update, and maintain documents, records, and electronic files by established procedures.
  2. Implement document control procedures, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards.
  3. Receive, review, and classify incoming documents, verifying accuracy and completeness.
  4. Assign unique identifiers and version numbers to documents to facilitate tracking and retrieval.
  5. Distribute documents to appropriate personnel, departments, or external stakeholders as required.
  6. Monitor document review and approval processes, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
  7. Maintain a secure and organized document filing system, both physically and electronically.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate information for reports and presentations.
  9. Assist in archiving and disposing of obsolete documents by retention policies.
  10. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy of documentation.
  11. Provide training and guidance to employees on document control processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

1.     Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

2.     Proven experience (5+ years) in document control or related roles.

3.    Familiarity with document management systems and software.

4.     Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

5.    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

6.    Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

7.    Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

8.    Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot document-related issues.

9.    Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality protocols.

10. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
