Monitors the premises and keeps track of personnel and property on the job site.
Responsible for checking people In and Out of the job site.
Validates personnel identification cards and inspects bags or property brought to the premises for dangerous or illicit materials.
Provides general assistance to visitors respectfully and in a timely manner; and escorts guests to their respective visiting employee
Routinely patrols/inspects the site for any suspicious activities investigates disturbances/disorder, and reports findings to the management in a timely manner.
Monitors and controls access at job site entrances and vehicle gates
Watches alarm systems or video cameras and operates when and where necessary detecting/emergency equipment (Fire Extinguisher, Fire Hose Reel, etc.).
Ensures the upkeeping of necessary records and reports to the management any maintenance required in a timely manner
Assists the management in communicating with agencies such as fire and ambulance services in cases of fire or personal injury
Displays a positive attitude and pleasant manner.
Ensures appropriate personal appearance and keeps self well groomed.
Shows respect to attendance and punctuality guidelines
Stays abreast with the latest local rules and regulations
