General Description
Reporting to Director of Marketing, Product Managers are responsible for the marketing and development of Al-Jammaz advanced technology products and solutions in broadband, next generation networks and voice and data communications. Such products are Routers, Remote access servers, Gigabit switches, wireless LAN, ADSL modems, Ethernet extenders, converters, IP PABX and cabling.
Strategic and tactical Qualifications
Ideally product managers are responsible for positioning a product, assessing the competition and thinking about the future. Product managers are in the field developing appropriate promotional campaigns, talking to account managers about what customer want and think and doing day-to-day sales and inventory tracking that’s required for any major product category.
Experience
The product manager must exercise his years of marketing and selling experience. Product manager is also required to have high levels of problem solving skills and analytical abilities. Presentation skills are a necessity and must have the ability to be persuasive in order to support his position and ideas.
