Policies, Processes & Procedures
Implement all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Daily Transaction Screening
Screen and Investigate related payment messages and inquiry messages within a timely manner and ensure proper adherence to the guidelines and work instructions.
Resolve minor processing and reconciliation issues to ensure operational accuracy, compliance and efficiency is maintained throughout the assigned operations domain.
Highlight discrepancies in the documents (if any) and secure the approval from the senior operations managers and either proceed with or reject the transactions as per standard operating procedures to ensure quality and integrity of transactions.
Quality Control
Identify and report potential breaches in the operations, in order to contribute to their solution and avoidance thereby streamlining assigned operations activity.
Validity Check
Ensure validity and reliability of all transactions executed by Operations Processors by checking data entry and transaction specification in order to reduction in error rates and transaction processing time.
Complaint Handling
Receive and resolve all first level complaints received by the Operations unit within appropriate timelines as per the standard operating procedures to deliver high level of customer service.
Escalate all complaints that fall outside the assigned authority to Operations Officers within specified timelines in order to ensure swift resolution of all customer complaints.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of business processes, productivity and cost reduction.
Reporting
Prepare timely and accurate statements and reports of to meet operational / business requirements, policies and standards.
