Our company is searching for experience candidates for the position of Architectural project manager, if you are looking for an exciting place to work, please take a look of the qualification below: -
Responsibilities: -
- Follow up Project Planning management
- Follow up Project Time schedule
- Follow up Project Financial performance s-curves
- Follow up Project Cash flows in - out
- Follow up Project Quality control plan, standards, and specifications
- Follow up Project Communication management plan
- Follow up Project Risk management plan
- Follow up Project Resource management plan
- Follow up Project Procurement, supplies and supply chains
- Follow up Project scope management plan (charts - bill of quantities - methods of implementation)
- Follow up Project Variations and claims management plan
- Coordination with the Contracts and Procurement Department regarding contracts and supplies
- Coordination with the financial department regarding expenses, payments, extracts, etc
- Coordination with human resources regarding hiring needs
- Oversee the design and construction process of a building.
- Monitor the progress of the process, making sure it’s on track
- Specialist in luxury project and have experience in high end fit out installation
- Assist in preparing project presentation
Qualification: -
- Bachelor’s Degree in architectural engineering
- minimum 10 years experience require in the construction industry.
- Should have experience in luxury project like palace
- Should have experience in fit out construction process.
- Should be proficient in AutoCAD , Adobe creative suite, Microsoft office suite is required
Nationality-
Priority - Filipino
Salary: -
Negotiable
Note: - Transferrable Iqama is preferable
