To provide administrative support to the Sr. Manager and department by apply discharging the general administrative duties that concerns a department along with effective maintenance of department documentation.
To adhere to UNITED/SABIC EHSS. Quality and Environment standards and procedures including EMS (ISO 14001:2004) requirement, while executing the work.
To develop, organize and maintain filing/information storage/retrieval systems and controlling of department stationery.
To enter data into computer and type letters, draft communications on behalf of the Sr. manager as well as minutes of the meeting.
Timely distribution of documents/information as directed
To assist in all general day-to-day office works with minimal guidance, coordinate, and perform similar related tasks as and when assigned.
To answer telephone and answer routine inquiries.
To undertake simple arithmetic calculations like checking and verification of bills.
To compile reports involving calculations, trends and variance analyses (under guidance)
Job Specific Skills
Knowledge of applicable System – policy and procedures
Good understanding of department specific environmental aspects and their control
Hands on skills to work with computer and Microsoft office – Word and Excel and Power point (Advanced)
