Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales targets including promotion and marketing planning, merchandise demand planning, and assuring an optimized site/App experience for our customers.
• Manage and drive year over year growth for e-commerce division, while achieving both financial and non-financial objectives.
• Leverage data to develop additional communication strategies around business rules, segmentation, triggered campaigns, etc.
• Deliver weekly & monthly reporting on site and campaign performance.
• Create robust marketing plan; including offers & promotions, sales projections and performance metrics to maximize all brand product launches and support key pillars of the business.
