KeyResponsibilities:
- Analyze system requirements and provide technical recommendations for card provisioning and 3D secure solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop business cases.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, interface specifications, and data flow diagrams.
- Lead technical discussions with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to card provisioning and 3D secure solutions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including technical guides, user manuals, and troubleshooting documents.
- Coordinate testing, quality assurance, and deployment of card provisioning and 3D secure solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems, platforms, and infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability of both Systems through coordination with Vendors and Application Support Team.
- Take ownership of the systems and projects assigned, ensuring that they are properly maintained, supported, and continuously improved to meet business needs.
Portfolio:
- Analyze system requirements for different wallets with card scheme providers.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of card provisioning solution.
- Provide technical expertise for the implementation of card provisioning in wallets like Apple Pay/ Mada pay/ Samsung pay/ Google pay.
- Analyze system requirements for 3D secure authentication, encryption, and tokenization.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
