- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integration
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, or other scripting languages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks
- ServiceNow certification in various areas such as ServiceNow Administration, IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, or Custom Application Development is desirable.
