- Support Supply Chain Governance, Risks & Compliance Manager in collecting inputs, identifying gaps in competencies, systems, or processes, and formulating supply chain strategy in collaboration with supply chain functions and in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Update and create supply chain functional governance policies and monitor compliance towards those policies.
- Periodically review and update Supply chain policies, Processes, and Standard Operating Procedures in collaboration with relevant supply chain teams.
- Ensure conformance for the supply chain functions in alignment with Supply Chain Policies, Company policies and applicable regulations.
- Provide consultation across SC departments to ensure compliance with Company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Perform data validation and integrity checks on compliance databases.
- Support external and internal audits.
- Verify compliance with Company regulations and policies, customer requirements, and international standards (e.g.: ISO).
- Evaluate and approve quality of system documentation to ensure compliance with established procedures and regulatory compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Work closely with P&C team on policies/frameworks roll-out and queries.
- Participate in identifying, analyzing and assessing compliance risks to create and implement compliance plans.
- Educate SC function on existing compliance policies and reporting processes.
- Build strategic relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Report risks and highlight potential threats to the leadership proactively.
- Establish mechanisms to mitigate risks.
