- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of [10] years of combined experience in transportation engineering and IT solutions, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of transportation planning, design principles, traffic engineering methodologies, and IT solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
