Job Description

The selected candidate will undergo an intensive 3-months 'HR Associate Program'. He will be trained in all the facets of HR particularly the areas of Recruitment and Selection (Talent Acquisition), Training and Development, Performance Management System, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Engagement. Upon completion of the 3-months intensive training, the selected candidate will partner with a Managed Subsidiary Company operating under the Group Holding.


• University degree Business Management and/or Human Resource Management or in any allied field of study.

• Fresh Graduate

Computer Skill / Proficiency:
• Proficiency in MS-Office

Communication Skills Required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; presentation skills.

Personal Competencies and Attributes
• Interpersonal skills; results-orientation; excellent communication skills including the ability to facilitate training sessions and/or make persuasive presentations; diagnostic and analytical skills; problem solving ability; professional maturity and project management skills.
