Technical support that include troubleshooting.

Deals with inquiries independently taking ownership for the issue until a satisfactory outcome has been reached for the customer.

Identifies the nature of customer’s inquiry and offers him all possible help in quickest possible time using technical knowledge and data seeking capabilities.

Skills

SQL configuration excellent knowledge and skils

Excellent experience in designing and using Crystal report

Excellent knowledge of PCs hardware and software.

Capable of dealing with different Microsoft Office tools effectively.

Professional in using different versions of Microsoft Windows.

Accounting cycle general knowledge

Excellent English.

 

Industrious and able to work under pressure and for long time continuous.

Zeal to learn and looking forward to continue for higher studying.
