• Learning and development supervisor are responsible for identifying staff training and development needs, and for planning, organizing and overseeing appropriate training
  • Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers and human resources departments.
  • Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
  • Devise individual learning plans-  
  • Conducting job evaluation surveys
  • Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
  • Supervising and monitoring progress made via training program or schemes
  • Collected for an individual or group learning needs analysis.
  • Previous experience in a Learning & Development or training role. The organization has a strong retail focus so previous experience in retail would be useful.
