Responsibilities: 

  • Doing Market Mapping and Identifying Business Opportunities in India, Global and predominantly in Middle East Market.
  • Connecting to Potential Clients thru' various Marketing Methods.
  • Development of new /existing business for all the verticals of our services / solutions.
  • Innovative approach to generate business and build long term relationships with existing & potential clients.
  • Creating new business opportunities for Contract Staffing, RPO & Permanent Staffing for International and / or Domestic.
  • Preparing and Submitting Business Proposals.
  • Giving presentations and creating business proposals to the clients
  • Preparing Business Development Plan for the year.

Ideal candidate will fulfil the below requirements 

  • With recruitment/staffing & HR services business development background.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills in English.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Research and identify target markets for prospective business opportunities.
  • Create and manage lead funnel for business growth.
