Supervise and report any incident that contradicts with the Shop SOP’s , ethics and Ensure adherence to quality improvement or corrective action plans.
Ensure team members are aware of company health and safety procedure and report any observed safety issues or accidents to the manager.
Oversee all salon procedures, in conjunction with company vision, mission, and values.
Support the manager by ensuring grooming and appearance of employees are up to standards.
Comply with SOP’s and Occupational health and Safety requirements.
Conduct checks on Rooms and all areas of the Shop to ensure cleanness and tidiness.
Perform Machines testing and check on other services and notify the maintenance team of any maintenance issues.
Act as a 'role model' demonstrating the high standards of customer care and demands.
Check Income on daily basis and prepare report for collection if required.
Follow up with demands and supplies, monitor the inventory by coordinating with the shops’ team Leaders.
Coordinate and implement staffs’ schedules.
Generate a range of reports related to HR/ Trainings, Maintenance and Finance.
Assist the Manager in coaching and evaluating employees performance.
Effectively resolve guest complaints and communicate with the Manager regarding issues and resolutions.
Motivate team members and ensure they have the confidence and skill sets to promote treatments and retail products.
Actively promote and upsell the treatments, services and retail, as well as the newsletter promotions.
Educate employees about the Shop rules and regulations/ Disciplinary actions and ensure compliance.
Promote and foster a productive environment that adapts growth and empowerment.
Support co-workers in order to provide a high level of performance and customer service .
Assist the Front desk in booking appointment/ Reports.
Act as an in charge in the absence of the manager.
Attend mandatory trainings scheduled by the Company.
Responsible for handling with care and securing the keys of the shop including the vault key (Not Applicable for Luxury Spa)
Encode expenses properly, monitor and control petty cash as per rules and regulations (Not Applicable for Luxury Spa).
Perform daily checklist and monitor the shop departmental checklists (Not Applicable for Luxury Spa).
