JOB ROLE:
Welcome and greet all guest with a smile, anticipate and address guests' service needs as well as thank guests with genuine appreciation
Maintain a safe, healthy and neat work environment by following the hygiene and sanitation regulations and ensure that all utensils and linens are clean.
Uphold clean, safe and well-organized work stations.
Sweep floor, fold towels and handle the dishwashing.
Handle towels inventory including in and out transactions.
Prepare and update the grocery requirements for the shop.
Offer and Serve Drinks to clients while promoting a professional appearance and clean uniform.
Assist Colleagues when needed and promote team work by maintaining positive attitude.
Report to Supervisor/team Leader regarding any occurrences involving damaged equipment/ incidents across the Spa.
Follows SOP’s for quality service.
