Job Description:
1. Awareness of general health, safety laws and requirements.
2. Hands-on experience with AC cleaning, can do basic AC troubleshooting of different AC systems(Package units, FCU’s, AHU’s, etc.)
3. Pitch for upsell and cross sell of other services and work to meet sales targets assigned.
4. Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
5. Works with a supervisor to plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies, and assess skills needed to complete tasks.
6. Clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors.
7. Ability to inspect, estimate, plan, train and perform the job successfully.
8. Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
9. Ability to operate different types of duct cleaning machines.
10. Experience in duct installation (GI & PI) as well as duct liner installation.
11. Ability to remove all supply and return grills, seal in preparation of the duct cleaning.
12. Minimum 2 years of experience in Gypsum board, paintings and carpentry.
13. Taking measurements and calculating the size and amount of material needed.
14. Cutting, shaping and smoothing lumber and other material according to measurements.
15. Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems.Interested candidates can send their cvs.
