- Working with business partners to define processes and collaborative improvements
- Ensuring content continuity and accuracy according to Company standards
- Consulting with Legal and Compliance Departments to ensure documents are compliant with Company and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and communicate Policy and Procedural changes to impacted areas through various communication channels (i.e. email, job aids, the intranet)
- Route documents for approval and maintain the approval repository
- Assist in skill analysis, research, and reporting of current procedures in order to make recommendations to promote effective operations within the training department
- Assist in the completion of projects by following general guidelines established by the Management
- Assist in the preparation of training and reporting initiatives and deliverables that require review for enhancements that will improve operational policies, procedures, and systems
- Assist with communication tactics and training curriculums in order to facilitate changes in business policy, procedures, and system implementations
- Evaluate performance against established metrics to determine acceptable levels of quality or efficiency for various business functions and units
- Promote Company philosophy, mission, and objectives within and to customers
- Demonstrate positive influences on colleagues, customers, and potential customers
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
