Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor staff achievements, perform periodic performance appraisals, and provide guidance, coaching or training to direct reports in performing their delegated duties

Optimise the use of personal and team time/effort in carrying out assigned duties, to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality Analyse the Non compliance report (provided by the Officer) by investgating non complaince violations and meet with the concrened med. Dept. and prdouce corrective actions and follow up to ensure full complaince. Monitor and ensure implementation of company code of conduct by identifying any non complaince incidences and report any violation to HR for further investigation and corrective action.

Design and provide the non Complaince report to Head of Complaince including findings analysis, corrective actions and deadline for resolution for further review and signoff. Provide Complaince consulation to Medical deprtments regarding gernal/new regulations and new medical products by provding feedback via email and meeting and involvment in Medical product development in order to ensure high level of complaince . Design regulatory awareness programs through conducting awareness workshops and regular announcements of new regulations and Medical related news from (CCHI ,MOH and SAMA) and assess awareness levels of Medical employees to ensure high level of compliance knowledge. Monitor & ensure that the functional area has implemented the new regulations avoid non compliance. Ensure that all Medical P&Ps are compliant with standard regulations by reviewing all existing and newly created P&Ps in order to ensure high level of Compliance.
