Job Description

  •  Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  •  Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  •  Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  •  Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  •  Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  •  Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  •  Developing goals for the development team and business growth
  •  Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

Core Responsibilities:

  •    Identifying new sales leads, cold calls and pitching products and/or services.
  •    Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients and generating leads.
  •    Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  •    Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  •    Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  •    Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
  •    Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products or services.
  •    Developing quotes and proposals, negotiating, and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
  •    Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
  •    Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  •    Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
  •    Planning and preparing presentations.
  •    Communicating new product or service developments to prospective clients.
  •    Overseeing the development of marketing literature and tools.
  •    Writing reports, and providing management with feedback.
