· Executes Market/Channel Strategy as aligned with Business Units and Distributers
· Manages the relations with distributers
· Ensures a sustainable business model with distributers; stock levels/financials, etc.
· Communicates and drive the execution of business priorities / Initiatives with the distributer team.
· Manages Market/Channel KPIs with distributer’s team
· Responsible to lead the Market/Channel Demand Planning, Forecasting & Targets
· Manages Market/Channel P&L by Business Unit including all trade and consumer related spend / budgets
· Develops and aligns Market/Channel operating plan and building blocks or each Business Unit
· Responsible on Business Unit’s Growth & Share in the Market/Channel
