Essential Skills & Responsibilities

Great candidates for this unique position will have the desire and ability to:

• Work in partnership with the CFO to develop a clear vision and strategy for how M&A

activity and complex corporate projects which will enhance and strengthen Sunbulah

Group

• Responsible for coordinating internally and externally relationships for M&A, this involves

coordinating relationship management across the 5 internal business units.

• Ensuring key strategic messages are delivered internally and externally

• Ensuring integration post M&A is set up properly and involved at an early stage in

discussions

• Organizes and leads colleagues activities in M&A matrix organization

• Works closely with strategy and business development teams to anticipate resourcing

requirements

• To work with Sunbulah group banking and advisory partners on deal implementation

• Design and lead Project/Program Management Offices (PMO) for large and distributed

(geographically and functionally) project teams across a variety of complex initiatives

• Apply analysis and problem solving to structure unclear information and issues into

insights and action

• Communicate professionally, including creation of executive-level deliverables to support

CFO and Business units decision makers

• The successful candidate will be highly adaptable, assertive, and open to new challenges

in a fast-paced environment. This person will have significant independence to define

and deliver the work required to make our clients successful. Advanced skills in analysis

and written and verbal communication are critical, as this role will require significant

executive-level interaction.
