Responsibilities: A) Ensure increased profitability for the division in a designated and assigned territory by selling company products to established food services channels whether Hotels, Restaurants, or any other catering businesses. B) The Sales Rep will also ensure total customer satisfaction by promoting company top quality services and products to Foodservice customers. Essential Job Functions: 1. Planning sales continuously to grow sales in designated territory and customers by maintaining relationships with current customers and penetrating new customers in the market. 2. Set, track and analyze sales goals and objectives on daily basis. 3. Create sales and action plans for targeted categories needed to secure growth 4. Face to face interaction with team members and customers in the field and within the office, daily communication is a must. 5. Follow the management direction in all aspects of the sales cycle. 6. Recruit new customers and apply administration pre-requisite to open customer file 7. Knowledge of price/product list and application, logistics and product knowledge. 8. Responsible for the communication and collection of payments from customers. 9. Attend required meetings and scheduled trainings assigned by the sales manager. 10. Follow up on orders and deliveries and ensure proper customer service. 11. Maintain and coordinate communication and teamwork with all other departments in order to ensure overall success of the FS sales growth strategies. 12. Specifically creating a collaborative relationship with the Customer Service and Operations Departments. 13. Stay abreast of all business relations with customers. Ensure current customers are secured with stock. 14. Gather market information on competition, product, pricing and market trend and share with the sales manager. 15. Stay abreast of FS industry knowledge, technology, and communication tools. 16. Solicit and encourage new customers or new sales opportunities. Present ideas for new business to the sales manager. 17. Attend jobs needs and work as a team player. Skills and Requirements : 1-3 years of sales experience preferably in the food service, FMCG and hospitality field. Strong, flexible and outgoing personality, strong Persuading skills, excellent sales skills. Good problem solving. Computer literate is a plus. Must have a driving license Achieve sales target determined by the food service supervisor Sufficient English language skills. Bilingual (Arabic, English) Strong Negotiation skills People skills Excellent communication & presentation skills
