Responsibilities: 1-Leading new recipe product developments from concept to consumer for B2B & B2C business channels. 2-Leading new materials qualifications for Pastry & Bakery category. 3-Leading the implementation of new Pastry & Bakery technology . 4-Leading R & D cost containment for Pastry & Bakery Projects. 5-Leading R & D Lab prototyping & factory line commercialization. 6-Leading R&D documentation systems for Pastry & Bakery. 7-Leading R&D –Food service & B2B process to get the customer satisfactions . 8-Collaborating with Marketing and initiative teams in delivering projects with excellence. 9-Collaborating with plants in achieving continuous improvements projects. 10-Collaborating with QA department in compliance adherence for all Pastry & Bakery products. 11-Assisting in exploring new ideas // innovations fit with Sunbulah strategy for Pastry & Bakery industry. Skills and Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree with technical background , preferably in food & nutrition. 5+ years' experience in Research & Development department in Pastry , Bakery & flour base industry. Continuously improves and updates food/ flour & Bakery science & technology and product development skills and understands all aspects of current plant process systems. Good initiative for new product concept /development, and keep update on global product trend Experience facilitating the activities of an new product development in a food manufacturing environment. Strong project planning and management skills, ability to lead teams and multiple simultaneous projects effectively. Strong teamwork, problem solving and presentation skills. Experience translating customer insights and business challenges into technical solutions for Business to Business & Business to Consumer business channels. Work independently and with high discipline. Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, will to take up challenges and work under pressure The person in this position needs to occasionally move between work sites and inside the office Strong interpersonal skills. Open to travel abroad Fluent in English
