- Responsible for managing the health (volume, turnover and equity) of the brand/ category, which he/she works on.
- Deeply understand and analyze the business, develop / execute a powerful marketing plan that builds the business
- Regularly analyze business results and progress by doing financial and competitive research.
- Advertising – creative brief development, copy evaluation, copy clearance, commercial production and media planning
- Lead initiative / innovation management with the key stakeholders
- Develop marketing ideas based on deep consumer / customer understanding.
- Complex business and financial analysis
- Analyze consumer research in order to develop key insight and recommendations.
- Lead the product launches (from developing the winning concept based on deep consumer understanding till launching with execution excellence)
- Formulate and recommend key strategies to achieve brand objectives
- Analyze competitive strategies and plans
- Define and sustain the brand’s equity
- Manage forecasting and budgeting
Skills and Requirements :
· Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business Management
· 3 – 5 years of Experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) is a MUST
· Excellent communication & presentation skills
· Able to work under pressure
· Creative, analytical, and systematic mind
· Team Player, with excellent people skills
