- Can make sure daily schedules are well organized.
- You should be able to speak Arabic and English fluently (French helps, but is not a requirement). Communication skills, computer literacy, efficiency, multitasking, attention to details, confidentiality and patience are a must for a role such as this.
- Screening phone calls and dealing with inquiries when appropriate
