Job Description

  • Can make sure daily schedules are well organized.
  • You should be able to speak Arabic and English fluently (French helps, but is not a requirement). Communication skills, computer literacy, efficiency, multitasking, attention to details, confidentiality and patience are a must for a role such as this.
  • Screening phone calls and dealing with inquiries when appropriate
  • Making appointments and planning
  • Organizing and attending meetings; sometimes taking minutes and ensuring the head is well-prepared for meetings
  • Replying to emails and phone calls
  • Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary
  • Assisting with projects
  • Organizing and maintaining office systems
