- Monitor and maintain Pelco - Schneider-Electric/Endura Video Management System (VMS) for proper functioning and monitoring against approved benchmarks.
- Monitor routine checks and upgrade software as provided by the Manufacturer to ensure optimal functioning of the VMS system.
- Monitor and verify operation of all VMS field devices.
- Monitor troubleshooting of VMS system faults and develop repair solutions.
- Monitor and adjust VMS settings and parameters to meet requirements.
- Record maintenance data and generate reports as needed.
- Evaluate all maintenance request forms, sets priorities, and process work assignments.
- Maintain documentation for all malfunctions, repairs, maintenance, or changes to systems and/or equipment.
- Prepare and maintain records and reports.Provide inputs to subordinates’ performance evaluation.
- Provide on-the-job training as and when required
- Perform and assume other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the immediate supervisor.
- Adheres to Company policies, procedures, Government laws, Rules & Regulations and work requirements.
