• Responsible for supervising the whole parking facility & services
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules and work hours.
  • Generating & reporting License Plate Inventory report(LPI), Overnight vehicle count, Daily peak vehicle count on daily basis
  • Handle customer complaints that the Help Desk team is unable to resolve
  • Organizing, attending and participating in meetings
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Preparing necessary presentations and other material for meetings
  • Maintaining accounting tracker and keeping all the details up to date
  • Ensuring project deadlines are metØ  Determining project changes
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Undertaking project management tasks as required
  • Developing project strategies
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each deliverable.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • To make sure the teams attend the EHS trainings and that the certificates are up to date.
  • Follow for the customer SLAs/KPIs, EHS tasks, etc.
  • Providing technical support to IT/Technical staff during troubleshooting of problems as required.
  • Resolving administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communication solutions
  • Maintaining rapport with customers, managers, and employees by arranging continuing contacts; researching and developing new services and methods; setting priorities; resolving problem situations
  • Maintaining continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs.
  • Empty PILs/POFs, audit cash, and prepare deposit slips daily.
