• Plans, directs and coordinates all mechanical related jobs in Project/Site/Plant facilities; analyses jobs to be performed and assigns manpower, selects necessary tools and equipment required for the job.
  • Ensures that all related mechanical jobs in Project/Site, routine/periodic maintenance are carried out safely and on time.  Participates in the planning and execution of major Project Kickoffs/shutdowns
  • Following manufacturer's instructions and follow task list/procedures 
  • Requesting respective services (waste water treatment WTP plant, pumps, fountain, plumbing, generator, elevator, escalator & related works) and ensure those are completed on time
  • Assist the Unit Manager to plan, direct, assign, review all mechanical work order.
  • Prepares, check material request including tools and spare parts
  • Prepares report and completes all work order requirements.
  • Trains and guides Technicians.
  • Adhere to Company policies, procedures, Government laws, Rules & Regulations and work requirements.
  • Sees to it that all activities are performed in accordance with client’s safety rules and equipment used is as per plant’s safety standards
  • Assists in assigning duties and establishing shift rosters when required.
  • Prepares and maintains records and reports.
  • Provides inputs to subordinates’ performance evaluation.
  • Provides on-the-job training as and when required.
  • Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the immediate supervisor.
  • Adheres to Company policies, procedures, Government laws, Rules & Regulations and work requirements.
  • Recommends disciplinary action.
