• Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of CEO including appointments, meetings, events and travel.
  • Responsible for organizing of internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO ensuring all necessary requirements are made. 
  •  Provide administrative support to CEO.        
  • Responsible for organizing CEO travel arrangements.      
  • Preparing meeting agendas, recording meeting minutes, collating board reports and presentations.      
  • Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations, as required by the CEO.
  • Draft letters and emails with high accuracy     
  • Act as point of contact between Founder/CEO and external parties.     
  • Responsible for all the tasks that keep the office tidy, clean, maintained, and secure. Finds contractual agreements for some of these tasks and follow up with them.  
  • Respond promptly to CEO’s queries.      
  • Manage budgets, invoices, and payments.    
  • Organize office operations, procedures and manages the filing system.    
  • Commits to work flexible hours.     
  • The ability to go the extra mile is a prerequisite.
  •  Maintains a strict confidentiality of business engagement.
