• Schedules in plans for preventive maintenance of construction authority properties.
  • Carrying out periodic visits to the buildings prepared for the authority in terms of their structural safety and submitting the necessary reports.
  • Field supervision of contractual maintenance work for all companies and contractors in the Authority's buildings.
  • Preparing and participating in the design of plans required by the director of the department to make structural modifications to the Authority's buildings.
  • Preparing the review and review of the initial construction projects and ensure that they meet the needs of the Authority.
  • Contribute to the study of the development of modern technical means and systems to assist the administration in accomplishing its tasks efficiently.
  • Providing advice on archiving all types of construction (electronic_mechanical_electrical...etc).
  • Coordination regarding new special projects with communication capabilities.
  • Other tasks assigned by the director of the department in his field of work.
  • Conducting tours of the Authority's buildings to inspect all devices and equipment owned by the Authority.
  • Quality control over the operation and maintenance of the construction authority's property, its development, and the evaluation of contractors' performance.
  • Reply to mail on a daily basis.
  • Attending periodic meetings.
  • Based on the specific responsibilities and what is directed by the line manager.
