• Managing the premium and reputed brands portfolio such as personal care, baby care, cosmetics, luxury, pharmaceutical, travel and accessories, etc.
  • Managing the field sales operations and its sales and distribution process at regional level.
  • Directing and implementing the sales strategies and programs to achieve sales objectives and increase market share.
  • Building, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers across a wide geographical area.
  • Planning an effective go to market strategy which would optimize the business.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through more coverage, promotional activities, range extensions or merchandising changes.
  • Directing and monitoring the Sales and Operations Team effectively for better performance and optimum result by increasing their sales capabilities.
  • Participating in budget setting to ensure sales budgets are reasonable and achieve sales targets including sharing the P&L management and accountability.
