Responsibilities:
§ Responsible for selling off-site events and Exhibitions
§ Handle all meetings and enquiries according to standard procedures
§ Act as a one-stop shop for clients for detailed event planning and work closely with
§ Satisfy the need of the clients whilst optimizing Company revenue through strategic yield management and up selling and maintain services
§ Work closely with the Area Sales MICE Team to achieve monthly sales target Conduct site inspections, client entertainment and familiarization
§ Send all correspondence to clients regarding events, such as proposals, confirmation or agreement letter, amendments, etc.
§ sets goals and delegates tasks to improve departmental performance
§ Oversees event planning team
§ Develops working relationships with outside vendors and establishes prices and service
§ Ensures brand and regional business initiatives are implemented and communicates follow-up actions to team as necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Strong computer skills: internet, email, MS Word, MS Excel Projecting stock levels
· Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
· Proven ability to handle confidential information
· Degree holder in Marketing or Business
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Fluent ( Arabic – English )
· 2 years previous experience in a similar role in Golf Area
· Understanding of budgeting and financial management
· Planning for Business
