Ø  Perform HR Personnel Administration activities and other administrative functions by updating associates personal records like contract of employment, medical insurance, Gosi, etc. to the HR Database.

Ø   Performs the payroll change activities like updating personal files, salary increase, resignation, termination and etc. into the database through efficient, effective and equitable implementation of the policies and standards of the company.

Ø  Study and analysis needs of the company on short and long term for manpower expertise and skills.

Ø  Communicate and coordinate with all departments and determine the employment needs.

Ø  Participate in preparation of the recruitment plan.

Ø  Prepare and arrange for interviews upon the company's policy in this regard.

Ø  Receive employment applications, schedule, document and sort it.

Ø  Arrange Interview and prepare employment forms and confirm receipt of the required credentials employment of the candidate.

Ø  Process job offers to candidates, send them, communicate with them and receive replies about it.

Ø  Process and prepare for medical examination of candidates and follow up on receive the results.

Ø  Prepare employment file and make sure to complete all credentials of employment as well as for policy adopted administrative forms.

Ø  Participate in the preparation and implementation of substitution and career progression of human resources in the company's plans.

Ø  Ensure the implementation of the training program for new employee during the probationary period and reporting it.

Ø  Process the procedures of the issuance of visas and follow-up its file.

Ø  Communicate and coordinate with the recruitment agencies to provide the required manpower.

Ø  Implementing and monitoring of all procedures that will recruit the required manpower.
