Job Description

Provides administrative support to Department Head and to Central Purchasing group.Conserves Executive’s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications.Maintains Executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel (domestic and international).Prepares various purchasing reports by collecting and analyzing information.Create professional PowerPoint presentations utilizing charts, diagrams and graphs.Manage the organization of visits, company events and workshops.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Displays a professional, detail-oriented and proactive approach.Supports the buyers in ensuring accurate information is entered into the purchasing systems/databases, creating necessary legal documents and supporting the buyers in various other purchasing tasks as required.Reconciling invoice issues between Bosch and suppliers.QualificationsAssociate's Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) in Business or related area.Minimum 3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience.5+ years of experience using Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook in a Windows environmentProactive and organized, with the ability to take initiative.Creative, detail-oriented, resourceful and self-motivated.Able to work in constantly changing work processes and environment.Results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a team member.Professional demeanor, with the ability to make independent decisions.Technically savvy, with a willingness to learn new technologies.Ability to navigate web based systems.Web page editing experience is a plusYour future job location offers youFlexible worktime options, benefits and services, medical insurance, sports and health opportunities, on-site parking, pantry facilities, access to local public transport, recreation room.Note: please attach your CV to your application.
