To provide technical support to the branches’ end users, providing solution on hardware, network and applications issues, so as to support their effective operation

  • Executes branches / offices machines installation, configuration of equipment, transfer of work stations and technical support at PCs and servers
  • Responds to Business Technology and network problems reported from branches and Offices and proceeds to their on site evaluation and resolution according to the relevant processes and procedures
  • Proceeds to the installation of all required hardware and software in case of development or relocation of branches
  • Proceeds to the configuration of emails accounts and the resolution of any connectivity issues with servers and network
  • Reports all the activities and maintenance conducted in the branches and escalates issues that require more experienced professionals to be resolved

Technical Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of operations processing in area of responsibility
  • Good knowledge of Banking operations, products and services
  • Good knowledge of the BT systems and applications used in the Bank
  • Knowledge of hardware maintenance, installation and configuration
  • Knowledge of network and LAN/WAN management
  • Knowledge of MS Office application components
  • Knowledge of A+
  • Knowledge of NW
