We are looking for Recruitment Specialist (Saudi Female Only)

Work Location: Dammam

Basic salary 4,500 - 5,000 SAR (Negotiable) plus other benefits HRA/TA etc

  • To support Human Resources department. 
  • You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners, recruitment etc.
  • Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.
  • The ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
  • The responsibility includes recruiting, interviewing, and screening can be further broken down by daily job duties, which include: Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
  • You should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.
