Quest is working with a large retail luxury group in the Middle East looking for a stellar Chief Marketing Officer to join their team in Dubai. Our client is a recognized Top 100 Start ups in the world and will provide an innovative work environment where you can truly excel.
As a Chief Marketing Officer, you will:
- Develop and lead the execution of integrated strategies aimed at achieving customer acquisition, retention, churn, etc. across traditional and digital channels
- Identify growth opportunities locally and internationally
- Closely work and align strategic initiatives with internal departments and stakeholders
- Closely work with supply, merchandising, product, and others in executing marketing campaigns and tracking customer journeys
- Expand digital / online channels (SEO, Content Marketing, Social, etc.) and monitor performance
- Keep updated with the latest marketing trends and industry best practices
Desirable skills and background:
- Bachelor's degree, with at least 10 years' experience in Digital Marketing or E-commerce
- Proven background in the fashion or luxury retail sector
- Solid knowledge and experience in quantitative planning and analysis
- Strong leadership and has the ability to motivate others
- Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
