1-Ensuring that all reservations are dealt with according to Wakame set standards.

2-Responsible for applying the Host sequence of service in seating & greeting all guests that come to the shop with coordinate of the FOH team.

3-Ensuring that all telephone calls are answered and delivery orders are taken in line with Wakame standards and phone etiquette.

4-To perform any additional duties required by his/her superiors.
