Responsibilities

 

 

 

 

1- Ensuring that all reservations are dealt with according to Wakame set standards.

 

 

2- Responsible for applying the Host sequence of service in seating & greeting all guests that come to the shop with coordinate of the FOH team.

 

 

3- Ensuring that all telephone calls are answered and delivery orders are taken in line with Wakame standards and phone etiquette.
