1.       أن يكون قادر على الإلمام بالخدمات المقدمة لتسويقها  بشكل جيد .

2.       وضع خطة عمل شهريه وتحديد الهدف (الفئة المستهدفة ) وتحديد المواعيد

3.       تحديد جدول زمني للزيارات.

4.       إقفال عملية البيع في أول زيارة

5.       .اللباقة وحسن المظهر و الأسلوب الجيد والمهارة في كسر الحاجز و كسب ثقة العميل

6.       متابعة العملاء الجديد والعملاء الحاليين والحفاظ على رضاءه.

7.       عمل التقارير اليومية و الأسبوعية والشهرية وحضور الاجتماعات .

8.       متابعة العميل والتحصيل.

9.       ثانوي وما فوق

10.   مهارات في التسويق والاتصال

11.   مهارة خدمة العملاء

12.   استخدام برامج الحاسب مايكروسوفت

13.   اقامة / رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول

SALES PERSON

1.       Increase sales within existing accounts, also building business with new accounts.

2.       outstanding customer service to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

3.       Communicate and cooperate in a productive manner with all departments.

4.       Utilize all appropriate VIP sales techniques and methodologies.

5.       Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service needs.

6.       Meet or exceed the new business sales goals.

7.       Prepare and deliver sales proposals / presentations and follow up with key decision makers.

8.       scheduling and documenting activities, and developing

9.       prospective customer profiles.

10.   Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly

11.   Regularly meet with Sales Supervisor to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.

12.   Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

High School graduate required; Bachelor's degree in Professional Selling, Marketing or Business a plus.

Minimum 2 years outside sales with a proven track record of success.

One year of experience in a customer-facing sales role.

Requires outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers, and outside

parties.

The position requires outstanding analytical, organizational and oral/written communication skills.

Demonstrate a friendly and professional appearance.

Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals , with minimal supervision.

Requires ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel.

Holding a valid driving license.

In possession of a personal car.

Able to prepare quotations, payment applications and invoices.

Able to follow up on payments from the clients.

KNOWLEDGE OF:-

1Cleaning services.

2Cleaning material and equipment used in commercial buildings.

ABILITY

1To write and speak fluent English.

2Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

DOCUMENTATION

Documentation Centre; part of the master file management.

WORKING CONDITION

Office environment and traveling to and from businesses.

SALARY
