Evaluates the potential within KSA and / or Prospects focus and / or Vertical focus and effectively uses these insights to formulate a Go to Market (GTM) plan.
Formulates a comprehensive Go to Market (GTM) plan which is aligned to the Wisoft Sales Strategy and provides valid opportunities for scalable and consistent growth for each of the specified areas.
Works with the Sales Director/MD/Management and Key Business customers and Prospects ’s alike to validate the Business Development and GTM plan in alignment to the Company’s Plan(s) and ensure full commitment, support and engagement with the approach to be taken.
Establishes clear milestones, deadlines and deliverables within the Business development and GTM plan and once agreed, proactively tracks and reports their progress to the Sales Director/MD (and others, as appropriate).
Effectively communicates and shares their own Sales and Business Development, GTM plan and activities with the team (within Sales and other functions as appropriate) to create joint ownership, commitment and engagement.
Identifies problems, areas for improvement in relation to the agreed Business development and GTM approach and highlights them to the Sales Director/MD with proposed solutions for improvement.
