Main responsibilities:
• Credit Bureau Relation Unit is a focal point between Aljazira Bank and SIMAH &
BAYAN.
• To distribute & monitor monthly inquiry usage invoices payment through concerned
cost centers.
• Approved the reviewed business BRDs, to Credit Bureau Compliance.
• Responsible for resolving breaches and their impact.
• Accountable for providing prompt response and resolution audit and compliance
observation.
• Lead the implementation of any new credit bureau changes delivery and ensure the
business adherence to the new changes.
• Responsible to resolve SAMA/Credit Bureau dispute inquires within SLA.
• BAYAN is new credit Bureau in Saudi Arabia and I assigned as project manager
from business side to handle all processes to establish new Credit Bureau BAYAN in
Aljazira Bank.

Main responsibilities:
• Provide performance indicator and related information to help management/staff
understand business performance and help planning its future direction.
• Identify and assist COO office by delivering the needed MIS reports.
• Identify and understand reporting requirement with all stakeholders.
Ensure the integrity of all MIS reports and coordinate with required areas for
corrections if needed.
• Perform data analysis and provide trend analysis.
• Identify and track all poor performing distributions outlets and raise potential risks.
