• Disposal, and selling of fixed assets, maintenance of former TEAYANA employees housing units, and Tea Factory.

• Assist, and coordinate with other departments in HR/Administration development programs

• Respond to all HR Administration related queries in a timely, and professional manner, primarily from line managers, and HR, and any other divisions within the company.

• Prepare all HR documentation required, queries, or requests, i.e. offer letters, new starter information packs, and all other employment documentation for managers and employees in accordance with standard templates ensuring content is accurate and relevant.

• Provide guidance to managers and employees about the completion of all HR Administration forms and advise them of the correct authorizations.

• Providing support to Employee Relations section when required

• Filing into personnel files and assisting other HR Administrators on occasion.

• Auditing HR documentation drafted by other HR employees within the team

• Coordinate with payroll department to ensure that any changes are effected in a timely manner and in line with payroll deadlines
• Manage and update internal records

• Provide a high level of customer service toward company employees always.

• Ad-hoc office administration

• Project management, assisting in major projects related to the Corporate Services Division, in terms of logistics, and delivery. i.e. moving the employees, and assets to new offices, assisting in Corporate activities logistics to ensure that these events are conducted perfectly, unifying Factory employees’ uniforms, renovation of existing offices (follow-ups in terms of new furniture, Municipality, and civil defense licenses)

• Full, usage of Oracle (PO’s issuing).

• Administration of Ticketing, and bookings, visas with the suppliers

• Issuing all printed materials (Business Cards, Letterheads, etc) and ensuring the proper adaptation of the Identity
