Research and administrative work
Coordinating the project “Activating an International Advisory Board for the NNC (IABNNC)”. Duties including searching for experts, writing letters, communicating with the concerned authorities, creating meeting agenda, translating the NNC work, and preparing for the board meetings.
• Coordinating the study “Impact of an excise tax on the consumption of sugar sweetened beverages (SSBs) in adults in Saudi Arabia- a telephone-based repeated cross-sectional study”. My role including cleaning raw data, participating in data analysis, creating tables, summarizing similar works, and writing the results. • Coordinator Assistant of the Scientific Team for “Food Content of Nutrients”.
- Participating in other studies, project, and Nutrition guides. - Project coding and Gantt chart initiative. - Participating in the work of research committee and claims committee.
Helping restaurants to obtain calories and nutrition facts on their menus and to clarify other required information such as food allergies based on FDA recent requirements.
