I have 20 years of Contracts, Procurements, Project Management and Project Controls, experience from multiple construction projects. My overall experience includes working in all aspects of Project Controls (incl. Planning, Scheduling, Cost control, Procurement, Contracting and Project Management) of various Construction Projects. The values of these projects have ranged from SAR 20M to SAR 2.4Billion, for major construction projects of High-rise Building (Skyscraper) amp Bridges, Banks, Auditorium Halls, Palaces, Villas, Hospitals and Telecommunications Net Work .Moreover, I always make an effort to understand the commercial and technical complexities of each project and adjust my work style to successfully meet the requirements of each project and/or work environment. This flexibility has allowed me to work successfully towards a close knit team for all the Construction Projects I have worked in.
For managing contracts, supplier negotiation, negotiating contract terms and conditions, supplier management and collaboration with Project Management departments, managing the contract database and all, assisting with contract development, administration, tracking, And analysis, as well as communication of supplier performance and contract compliance.
For procurement specializing in procure quality materials and services for the company requirements cost effectively and at the right time from the approved and reliable sources, focus on developing contacts & creating a supplier database to ensure the correct material, compatible prices and prompt delivery. Taking overall charge of Procurement Department.
