I am an Executive Chef and Director of Food amp Beverage operation from Egypt with international experience in managing multiple FampB and kitchen outlets at 5 luxury properties and I am currently looking for a new position anywhere around the middle east. Preferable 5 property.

I am fluent in English have a very good sound culinary and FampB background mixed with a high level of creativity (Mediterranean, French, Asian and International Cuisine), experience with a la carte, buffets, banquets, caterings and special VIP events s. I am familiar with HACCP Standards and I am able to implement them. I am a great team builder, I do have excellent leadership / staff training, kitchen management skills and I'm experienced with pre-openings. Additionally, I am very opening minded, flexible. To keep it short ... I really love my job ..........
